Delete your CommAI account
Delete inside the app
- Sign in to CommAI.
- Open your Profile menu.
- Select Privacy & Account.
- Select Delete my account and confirm.
This removes your authentication account, profile, posts, comments, reports, notifications, submissions, push tokens and uploaded user files. Limited security, legal or backup records may remain only where lawfully required.
Cannot access the app?
Email us from the address registered to your account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
