CommAI Terms of Service

Effective 13 June 2026. You must be at least 16 to create an account.

The service

CommAI helps users discover, compare and discuss AI tools. Listings and AI-generated recommendations are informational and may become outdated. Verify pricing, licensing, security and suitability with each provider.

Your responsibilities

Keep your account secure. Do not submit illegal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, dangerous or privacy-invasive content, malware, spam or confidential information you lack permission to share.

Your content

You retain ownership and grant CommAI a non-exclusive licence to host, format and display content only as needed to operate and promote the service.

Listings and rights

Tool names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners. Listings do not imply endorsement. Rights holders can request correction, attribution, removal or verification through “Report listing” or [email protected].

AI and liability

AI output can be inaccurate and is not professional advice. CommAI is provided as available. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending access

You can delete your account in the app. We may restrict access for serious or repeated breaches, security threats or legal requirements.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
